What is a customer account?

A customer account lets you log in to view your orders, profile information and saved addresses. Once logged in, the stored details can autofill during checkout and as a result provides a faster checkout experience.

How is a customer account created?

When are orders fulfilled?

Orders need to be received 24-48 hours prior to delivery, subject to stock availability and based on order sequence.

What if I have an issue with my order?

If there is an issue with an order, please contact us and we will work together to resolve your concern.

Is it possible for produce prices to change?

Produce prices are subject to change based on weekly international market value. If there is a change in price once an order has been placed, you will be contacted.

I cannot find what I need on the website, what can I do?

Please contact us and we can look into placing a special order and/or adding the item to our inventory.

Delivery/Shipping Questions

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver. There is a $5.00 fee for local delivery. Local delivery consists of: Alliston, Angus, Beeton, Bradford, South Barrie and Tottenham. Delivering outside of our local delivery zone would be a $25 fee with a minimum order of $60 (before tax). Please contact us for further details.

Can you be hired for an event?

i.e. pop-ups, markets, festivals, community events, sporting events etc...

Yes, we can be hired for an event. A few items we sell are Jamaican Patties (with or without Coco Bread), Curry Chicken Roti, Doubles, Pholourie and Caribbean snacks and drinks. We can also tailor what we offer.
